HR & Payroll

The staff side of the clinic — who works when, who was actually here, what they earned, and what they are owed.

WHAT IT DOES

From the roster to the payslip.

Shifts, three ways
Full-time weekly hours, part-time hours, and named shifts with their own schedules.
Attendance from the device
Biometric and clock devices feed attendance directly, with manual correction available and recorded as such.
Every money type approved
Deductions, incentives, advances and allowances each carry their own add, cancel, approve and reject permissions.
Leave requests
Requested, approved or rejected, against the shift they affect.
Therapists have a service list
Each employee carries which treatments they may deliver and which branches they may work in — and the booking engine reads both.
Commissions per section, with targets
Rates are set per employee per section, alongside individual targets.
Roles by job title
Hiring copies the job title’s permission bundle onto the new employee, so a new receptionist starts correct instead of starting empty.
ONE DETAIL WORTH KNOWING

Editing a commission rate changes statements you have already reopened.

Commission statements are calculated from the current rate, not from one frozen at the time of the session. It is a deliberate choice — correcting a rate entered wrongly fixes every statement at once — but it also means a rate changed for next month restates last month if anyone reopens it. The manual says so, on the screen where it matters, rather than letting a manager discover it from a number that moved on its own.

The desk is waiting.
