Cloud Settings

The clinic configures itself. Branches, rooms, services, prices, packages, job titles, tax entities and permissions are settings screens, not a support ticket.

Drawn from the real screen. Every module opens as its own window on the desk.

WHAT IT DOES

What the clinic can change without asking.

In-location — fifteen screens
Branches and their working hours, rooms, halls, warehouses, receptions, tablets, lockers, attendance devices, tax types and tax returns.
Services — thirteen screens
Sections, services, packages, price groups, time groups, applications, equipment, classes, commissions, membership plans and signed forms.
Commodities — five screens
Products, categories, brands, register types and discounts.
Others — fourteen screens
Job titles and their roles, companies, discount reasons, ledger categories, SMS providers, chat bots, follow-up taxonomies, tags and promo codes.
Required fields, by job title
An administrator chooses which client fields are mandatory for each job title, separately for adding, quick-adding and editing — applied to everyone holding that title.
Reminder rules per service
Which reminders a service sends, and when, defined once and then scheduled at every booking.
New rules start switched off
A newly created notification rule is inactive until somebody turns it on, so writing one cannot accidentally message a thousand people.
ONE DETAIL WORTH KNOWING

A clinic can change its legal entity. A 2025 invoice is still a 2025 invoice.

Tax establishment details carry an effective-from date rather than sitting in a single settings field. Everything issued after a changeover shows the new entity and tax number; everything issued before it keeps the old one, so reprinting an old invoice reproduces the old invoice. One clinic hit this in January, and the emergency fix was five files hand-patched on a live server. It was treated as what it is — a tax compliance failure, not a display bug — and moved into data, where it belongs.
