Waiting List & Follow-up

Not every conversation ends in a booking on the first attempt. Four screens hold the ones that do not: people waiting for a slot, callers who have not decided, cases that need chasing, and the visits your sales staff make in person.

Drawn from the real screen. Every module opens as its own window on the desk.

WHAT IT DOES

The demand a calendar cannot hold.

A queue for the fully booked
When there is no slot, the client joins the waiting list against the treatment they wanted, with the day count visible so nobody is quietly forgotten.
A conversation per entry
Each entry keeps its own notes and can send the client a question, with the answer landing back on the entry.
Leads that attach themselves
Opening a lead links it to the existing client file automatically, and flips it as soon as a booking appears.
A call count that means something
The counter moves only when a note was actually typed or the status changed. Opening the record to look at it does not count.
Outcomes, not just activity
Won, lost or do-not-call, with the value attached. Detaching a phone number forces do-not-call and removes it from every campaign.
Cases with a taxonomy
Follow-ups carry a department, a source and a status, take updates, images and files, and can hold a reminder.
Visits, recorded
Sales appointments track the visit itself — scheduled, updated, with files attached.
ONE DETAIL WORTH KNOWING

A number you can trust is worth more than a number you cannot.

The leads screen increments a client’s call count only when the person on the phone actually left a note or moved the status. It is a small refusal with a large payoff: a manager reading “six calls, no answer” can act on it, instead of wondering how many of those six were somebody scrolling past the record on the way to something else.

The desk is waiting.
