THE CLIENT
Memberships
A membership is not a package with a nicer name. It is a set of promises about how often, for how long, with whom, and what happens when life interrupts — and every one of them has to be held somewhere.
Licensed separatelyDrawn from the real screen. Every module opens as its own window on the desk.
WHAT IT DOES
Everything a membership has to remember.
Terms with quotas
A plan grants a number of visits per term, and the term is what expires — not a date somebody has to watch.
Cool-downs between visits
A minimum gap can be required between two visits on the same plan, and the booking screen simply does not offer the days inside it.
Freeze, with a budget
Members can freeze up to a quota, with medical and beyond-quota freezes handled separately and conflicts detected before anything is applied.
Pick-N groups, with swaps
A plan can cover a chosen number of service groups, lockable, with a limited number of swaps per term.
Upgrade, or cancel to credit
Upgrades are previewed against a price guard; cancellations return value as credit rather than vanishing.
Renewals that wait their turn
A queued renewal activates when the one before it actually ends — never because a date happened to arrive first.
Guest passes
A member can gift a single visit to a named guest, redeemed on the guest’s own phone.
Eighteen overrides, all logged
Every rule can be overridden by someone holding the permission, and every override writes a history row.
ONE DETAIL WORTH KNOWING
A membership that only works on the member’s own phone.
When the desk marks a membership visit as arrived, a one-time code goes to the phone number registered on the account, and the visit cannot be checked in until that code comes back at the desk. It is the plainest possible answer to shared memberships: whoever is redeeming has to be holding the account’s phone. Guest passes are exempt — a named guest arriving on their own number is sharing the clinic agreed to in the first place.
The desk is waiting.
