Reports & Statistics

Forty-two reports, grouped into nine categories. Each one is a saved set of filters that produces the same answer on screen, in a spreadsheet and on paper.

Licensed separately

Drawn from the real screen. Every module opens as its own window on the desk.

WHAT IT DOES

One question, three ways to read the answer.

Nine categories
Clients, sales, ledger, memberships, rooms, stock, sources and employees — plus the statistics dashboards.
One query, three renderers
The grid, the spreadsheet export and the printed report are all built from one query and one column registry.
Columns by role
What a report shows depends on who opened it.
Scheduled delivery
Reports can be generated and sent on a schedule rather than pulled by hand every morning.
Saved into the clinic, not downloaded
An export can be written straight into the user’s file library instead of landing in a downloads folder on one machine.
Dashboards on four datasets
Clients, therapists, ledger and services, each with its own live view.
ONE DETAIL WORTH KNOWING

A report that looks right and is wrong is the expensive kind.

Before the three renderers were unified, one saved search could produce three different answers. The transactions report matched seven payment methods on screen and in print, but only three in the spreadsheet. Session times counted seven reservation statuses in two of the three, and three in the last. Nothing errored. Three different row counts came out of one filter, and every one of them looked correct. They now share a single query builder and a single column registry — less a feature than a repaired foundation.
