A VISIA scan produces three views of a face. The system waits for all three, hands the complete set to the clinic’s own report service, and delivers what comes back.

A set, not a file
Frontal, right and left arrive as separate uploads; nothing is sent for analysis until the set is complete.
Attached to the file
The scan and the report land on the client record, beside their visits and their photographs.
Each clinic’s own report service
The report is generated by the address and key the clinic configures, so onboarding a new clinic needs nothing added to the system itself.
Delivered where they read it
The finished report goes out over WhatsApp, in the language the client is on.
Recommendations from a real catalogue
Products can be suggested from the clinic’s own shelves rather than a generic list.
ONE DETAIL WORTH KNOWING
Nothing is trusted until it is bytes.
The rule that governs the rest of the AI in this system governs the skin reports too: every stage is checked rather than believed. An incomplete scan set is not analysed. A product image that cannot be confirmed against its own label is not shown — the tile stays empty instead, because a plausible-looking picture of the wrong tube is worse than no picture at all.
